Our Refund Policy
At Hygenx, we stand behind the quality of our skincare & Hygiene products. Due to hygiene and safety considerations inherent to skincare products, we offer refunds but do not accept returns of opened products.
Refund Eligibility
Full Refunds Available:

- Wrong Items Shipped: Full refund if we shipped incorrect products
